Your births may have been completely "natural" or very complicated with lots of interventions. In any case you have a story in your heart. If that story feels sad, unfinished, uncomfortable or troubling, we may be able to help . As a midwife I helped thousands of women give birth and each time there is a unique story. I would like work with you to look more deeply and hopefully find new meaning . We can't change your birth but we may be able reframe the story in a way that is healing and brings comfort
